Most software in this category earns its real money somewhere other than the subscription. We decided not to, and it shaped the whole product. Here is all of it, including what each one costs us.

We are not in your payments
You keep your own payment account and the money goes to you. We never hold it, never decide when you get it, and take nothing on the way through.
What that costs us: a slice of every transaction, which for most platforms in this category is where the profit actually is. We are not taking it.

All of it, any day, at no charge
Every booking, customer and venue, exportable in full, including the day you decide to leave.
What that costs us: the customers who would have stayed because going was too hard. We would rather you went cleanly.
- 03 · Your tracking
The booking form is part of your website
Your analytics and ad platforms follow the booking the whole way, and any mention of us is a switch you can turn off.
What that costs us: free advertising on every operator’s checkout, which is exactly why nobody else makes it removable.
- 04 · Your name
Your brand out the front, at any size
Logo, colours, type and wording, set up by you, included whether you run one venue or twenty.
What that costs us: the easiest upsell in this industry.
- 05 · Your other systems
They stay where they are
Your photos in your own storage. Your staff signing in with accounts you already control. Your rostering wherever you already keep it.
What that costs us: the stickiness that comes from being the only place your things live.
Nothing except you finding it useful
No contract. No exit fee. No feature held back to make leaving harder.
If the software is good you will stay. If it stops being good you should go, and we will hand you everything on the way out. The only hold we are comfortable with is being the thing that runs your Saturday better than the alternative.
