What is built, what is not, and roughly when
This page exists so nothing on the rest of the site has to be vague. If something says at launch, this is where you can see what that means.
Four stages, in order
- In production today Live
- Reporting across every venue, back as far as you have been trading. What each room actually earns. Where you are discounting without meaning to. Wages read against takings. Your brand and your wording across the whole thing. Setting up without a call.
- The booking engine In build
- Sessions, availability, holds, payments, the booking form on your own site, vouchers and memberships, and the shift view your team runs on. This is the biggest piece of work and it is what the rest of the launch waits on.
- RestaurantKit At launch
- Tables, covers and reservations for venues doing food alongside everything else.
- Stock and back of house After launch
- Your point of sale stays yours. We sit behind it for stock counts and reporting, so what sells at the bar joins up with everything else.
We will move things and we will tell you
Dates move in software. What will not happen is a feature quietly disappearing off this page, or something being described as finished when it is not.
