Two sites is not one site twice
The second venue is where the reporting stops working. Each site runs its own prices, staff and hours, and the group ends up rebuilding the same spreadsheet every Monday to see them side by side.
A site can price its own Tuesday
Each venue sets its own hours, its own staff, its own prices and its own quiet periods, because the person standing in the building knows their Tuesday better than head office does.
What the group sets is the shape: the brand, the products that exist everywhere, and the things that must not be changed locally.
The same report, every site, no export
Revenue per head, occupancy against revenue, wages against the hours actually rostered, read for one venue or all of them, on the same definitions.
If site three counts a booking differently to site one, the comparison is decoration. The point of one system is that the definitions do not move between buildings.
Growth should not be the thing that gets expensive
Most platforms charge per venue and then charge again for the group reporting that only exists because you have more than one venue. Open a fourth site and the software bill is the fastest growing line in the group.
Our price is one percent of online revenue, capped at ninety nine dollars per venue per month. The ceiling is per venue and it is published, so the cost of the fifth site is known before you sign the lease.
Separate books, shared standards
- Owns their takings
- A franchisee owns their venue and their takings. The group needs to see performance and hold the brand, without sitting inside somebody else’s banking.
- Access per person and site
- Access is set per person and per site, so a franchisee sees their own venue in full and the group sees what it is entitled to see.
Copy a venue that already works
A new site starts from an existing one, with its products, pricing rules and settings carried over, then adjusted for the building it is actually in. Setting the fifth venue up from scratch is a job nobody should be doing twice.
We are building this. What is live today is the reporting across sites.
