Built for selling through other people
Rezdy is really a distribution business with booking software attached. If most of your bookings come through resellers and agents, that is a good thing. If they come direct, you are paying for something you are not using.
The reseller network is the product
Genuinely strong at connecting operators to agents and resellers, with a marketplace behind it. For a tour operator whose bookings mostly arrive through third parties, that is worth paying for.
How much does Rezdy cost?
Rezdy publishes its plans. The entry plan is $49 AUD a month plus a two percent online booking fee, and you can absorb that fee, pass it on to your customer or split it between you. Higher plans change the monthly figure and what channel access you get.
Two percent is a modest number. The point is what it is charged on. If your customers come to you directly, you are still paying a percentage to a platform whose main value is bringing you customers you already had, and it keeps growing as you do. Ours stops at $99 a venue.

Checked 22 August 2026 against Rezdy's own published plans at rezdy.com/pricing, which lists the entry plan at $49 AUD a month plus a 2% online booking fee and states that operators can absorb, pass on or split that fee. Read their page for the current figures rather than relying on ours. If anything here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
Should I stay on Rezdy?
Stay if resellers and agents are a serious part of your business. We do not do what they do there.
Talk to us if most of your bookings are direct, or if you are paying for distribution you are not really using.
